Hello, I’m Sarah Zickert. I recently graduated from the Professional Writing Masters of Arts program at Northern Arizona University, "with distinction." I am excited to utilize my diverse professional talents, leadership skills, and hard-working attitude in a professional technical writing position. My background in writing, content creation, instruction manuals, proposals, and higher education has assisted my success both inside and out of the classroom.

I have worked on a myriad of projects ranging from technical documentation and content creation to event planning and leading teams of writers. I am fueled by the dedication and attention to detail it takes to produce multilayer projects. I am always open to learning and researching the smallest of nuances; anything necessary to really go the extra mile. I pride myself on my integrity and ability to work alone or with a team to achieve the greatest amount of success for a company or client.
My education, extracurricular activities, and professional opportunities have driven me throughout my life. My biggest professional accomplishments include single-handedly producing a marketing video for the NAU Graduate College and creating training videos, a newsletter system, and social media content. Two of my biggest personal accomplishments include becoming the president of the Phi Alpha Delta Delta pre-law fraternity and Treasurer of the Photo Club for Northern Arizona University. I believe that my professional attitude and passion for people and writing have prepared me for a career as a technical writer.

I am looking forward to the opportunities ahead. I am interested in business writing, technical documentation, grant writing, proposals, content creation, and everything in-between. I believe that my talents as a writer, research capabilities, time management skills and self-starter attitude will serve as a valuable asset to your team and forthcoming projects.
